Our earpiece will provide a comfortable fit. No more generic eartips...our earpiece is custom made to fit your ear.
Our earpiece will eliminate the need for the earhook. The custom earpiece will hold the bluetooth securely and comfortably in the ear without any additional loops or hooks over the top of the ear.
Our earpiece will substantially increase caller volume and block more ambient noise. With our earpiece you will be turning your volume down.
How do I order a custom earpiece for my Jawbone Prime Bluetooth?
At the bottom of this page you will see the order button for the Jawbone Prime Custom Earpiece. Enter your order with your choice of color. If placing an order for two or more earpieces please let us know if the earpieces are for the same ear or for the left and right ears. If for another person please specify the name and color for each person. All these notes can be added in the "Ordering Instructions" block on the order page.
Once your order is received we will ship an impression kit to make a custom impression of your ear. Mail the completed impression to our lab using the postage paid
mailing materials we provide. We will return to you a custom made earpiece that will fit on your Jawbone Prime Earset and is guaranteed to give you the comfort and convenience you have been looking for.

| Jawbone Prime Earpieces can be ordered in a wide variety of colors. If no color is selected the earpiece will have a light tan color. (The material does not cure perfectly clear.) There is even a glitter option for that personalized touch.

What a great product it is worth every cent. The Jawbone headset is a great product but the ear adaptors are total junk.
Jawbone should increase the price of their product and include a certificate to get a custom earpiece from you or at least some contact information on how to contact your Company. I drive truck and the behind the ear headsets killed my ear especially when wearing sunglasses all day. I thought the Jawbone was the ticket but soon found their ear gels to be worthless. Happened across your website, what a lifesaver. I forget that it is in my ear and I can wear it from morning to night. Thanks again for the speedy service and a super great product.

Just a quick note. Today I received my custom ear piece for my Jawbone bluetooth. All I can say is "Fantastic Job". It fits perfect, is not an irritant, and the best part, I have turned my phone down to its lowest setting and can still hear perfectly. No more ear hoops and if I shake my head the ear piece stays securely in place. If you ever need a testimonial from a customer, please use me.

I've worked with cell phones for the better part of three years. The Jawbone earpiece I received today is amazing. This is exactly what customers are looking for in an earpiece. It fits very snuggly but does not require big hooks or devices to hold the headset on. Volume is amazing. (actually had to turn my phone way down because I have always had it up fairly high) Just wanted to let you know that you have a great product here and I'll be sure to recommend it.

When I first bought my Jawbone, the reported sound quality was great,
but the earpiece would fall off my ear within two minutes of use. No
combination of earloop and earpiece worked. I ordered a custom earmold
from AverySound, followed the instructions, and now have the best
sounding earpiece with the physical security of my previous favorite,
the behind-the-ear Jabra BT500. The Voice Activity Sensor of the Jawbone
is pressed firmly but comfortably against my face, no earloop needed. I
am able to comfortably wear the headset for 8+ hours straight. It couldn't have turned out better. Products this good are rare and deserving of the compliments. Thank you!
